Ingredients

  • 3-4 very ripe bananas

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) Real butter. At room temp.

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Optional Add-Ins:

  • walnuts

  • coconut flakes

  • chocolate chips

  • cocoa

  • citrus zest

Instructions

  • Cream the wet ingredients (butter, sugar, bananas, and eggs) in a bowl until well incorporated.

  • In a separate bowl sift all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking soda, and salt).

  • Carefully mix dry ingredients into the batter in 1/3rds.

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
